Given Martin Modern’s sloping terrain, the landscape architect has carved out various entertainment spaces such as a party lawn and an air-conditioned reception lounge, a 50m swimming pool and many other water features.
At the crown of the two towers is also what ICN Design calls “the secret garden”, where residents can enjoy the rooftop greenery as well as panoramic views.
